Learned counsel for the appellants, as always, fairly submits for the present appeal has been filed against the interim order dated February 01, 2023. And is, accordingly, pending for the past over two years. However, he submits for the matter is kept for final arguments by the Writ Court and is posted for November 6, 2025, it would rather be expedient, if the appeal is disposed of to enable the appellants to pursue the same before the Single Bench itself. However, he submits that in the given circumstances, the interim order dated March 24, 2025 passed by the co-ordinate Bench be continued till the decision of the Writ Court. 2. That being so, the appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for appellants. 3.
