At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the subject matter, the corrigendum has been issued by the Department of Law and Legislative Affairs, Govt. of Chhattisgarh on 18/02/2025 by rectifying the variation in the Hindi Version of Rule 7(1)(b) of the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006. A copy of the same has been produced before this Court, which is taken on record. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of issuance of the corrigendum, as stated supra, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 3.
