The instant writ petition appears under the heading “To Be Mentioned” for correction of order dated 18th June, 2025 on the behest of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 6. 2. It is indicated that the date of issue of completion certificate would be actual date for payment, i.e., on and from November 22, 2022. 3. Accordingly, in the 4th line of the 4th paragraph of the third page of the order, the expression “from the date of completion of work, i.e., 14.11.2019” shall stand corrected and the same may be read as “from the date of issuance of completion of work, i.e., from 22nd November, 2022”. 4. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 18th June, 2025. 5. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered. 6.
