The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs to :- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to hold the election for the constitution of Committee of Management of Gorakhpur Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Ltd., Gorakhpur; ii) issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and to which the petitioner be entitled under law; and iii) award costs to the petitioner." 3. Sri Narendra Kumar Giri representing respondent no. 3, Election Commission, Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Societies, Lucknow, has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that a notification dated 19.05.2025 has been issued declaring the election program for the petitioner's society. 4. The notification has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record and shall form part of the records of the case. 5. As the election program has already been declared, therefore, no orders are required to be passed on the prayer of the petitioner. 6.
