This contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of orders passed by Family Court dated 14.02.2023. 2. From the order sheet, it appears that the Family Court is in cognizance of its order as reflected from the order dated 02.07.2024. Thereafter, the Presiding Officer is reported to be on leave. Next date fixed in the matter is 27.01.2025. No useful purpose will be served in keeping the contempt application pending. 3. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow is directed to consider the Application Paper No.C-18 filed by the plaintiff on the next date fixed and in case, for some unavoidable reason, it is not possible to pass orders on Application No.C-18 filed by the plaintiff-applicant on the date fixed, the orders should be passed within three weeks thereafter. It is further provided that in case, the Presiding Officer is on leave and the matter is transferred to some other court, the the said transferee court shall ensure the compliance of the directions issued by this Court. 4.
