Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not acted on the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 25.02.2025.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the complaint submitted by the petitioner ought to be handled by Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station. However, the petitioner has arrayed the Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station.
4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader and take into account the provision of BNSS Act, any Station House Officer can register complaint and transfer the same to the concerned jurisdictional Police Station. On this ground, this Writ Petition is inclined to disposed of the writ petition, directing the concerned Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam/Kothapeta Police Station to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”) and dispose of the petitioner’s complaint dated 25.02.2025.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
