Heard both sides. 2.The petitioner's husband is undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Trichy. Therefore, the petitioner can avail ordinary leave with effect from 01.03.2025. 4.We direct the third respondent to grant twenty one (21) days ordinary leave for the convict commencing from 01.03.2025 without escort. 5.The writ petition is allowed on the following conditions:- (a)The convict-prisoner, Sivadoss, S/o.Appadurai Nattar, (Convict Prisoner No.22409), now detained at Central Prison, Trichy is granted ordinary leave for twenty one (21) days from 01.03.2025 to 21.03.2025 without escort. (b) The convict prisoner shall be released from the prison at 05.00 p.m., on 28.02.2025 and he shall return to the prison at 10.00 a.m., on 22.03.2025.
