Through the medium of instant applications, the applicant herein seeks recalling of order dated 07.04.2025 as also permission to deposit the aforesaid amount of costs. For the reasons stated in the applications same are allowed and order dated 07.04.2025 is recalled and applicant is permitted to deposit the amount as costs of Rs.5000/- with the Registry within weeks time from today.
