CMP No. 9238 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and 5(a) and 5(b) for release of amount of compensation in their favour. Main appeal stands decided on 28th November, 2024. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. Application has been supported by the affidavits of respondents No.1 to 4 and 5(a) and 5(b). In view of above, amount of compensation, as per the entitlement of respondents No.1 to 4, 5(a) and 5(b)/applicants, in terms of final judgment passed by this Court, is ordered to be released along with up-to-date interest in their favour, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, mentioned in para 5 of application.
