On instructions, learned State Counsel made a statement at bar, that after investigation, the closure report has been submitted. The same are taken on record. As per instructions, the lady, namely, Sonam Sharma who was allegedly found missing, later on found in Kanpur along with her children. She categorically made a statement to the Investigating Officer that she does not want to live with her husband i.e. the petitioner. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of. 5.
