While placing on record copies of order dated 11.07.2025 and 23.07.2024, issued under the signatures of Dy. Director, Elementary Education, Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner, have rejected the representation. Since there was only direction to decide the representation of the petitioner, which has been decided by the respondents, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed.
