The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 05.05.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby made absolute. 4. This bail application is accordingly disposed of.
