The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recommendation for appointment of respondent No.6 is not in accordance with law. It is stated that the recommendation has gone for approval, which is yet to be decided. 4. Considering the said fact, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application before the approving authority highlighting the grievances and in case, if the grievances are found to be genuine, the Committee shall take action in accordance with law prior to granting approval.
