By the said order dated 19-05-2025, the place of posting in respect of the petitioner and the private respondent has been reverted to their earlier place of postings. The learned GA submitted that no cause survives for adjudication in the present case and the present case may be closed as infructuous. [2] Mr. S. Biswajit, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner endorsed the submission made by the learned GA. [3] In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present case is hereby closed as infructuous.
