When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that after registring the case in Crime No.68 of 2024, the minor girl, who was missing traced and the girl missing case altered into offence under a POCSO Act. The victim now handed over to the mother of the minor girl. 2.In the light of the above case, since the missing girl traced and handed over to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
