Heard Sri Bolla Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 20.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that the 2nd respondent has issued a withdrawal notification for the subject lands, from acquisition vide proceedings of the Collector, D.Dis.G4/RCPM/MPT/Maredubaka/497/2019, dated 25.03.2021, a notification under Section 93(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, to that effect was issued, identifying alternative land for the issuance of house site pattas to the beneficiaries under the Navaratnalu - Pedalandariki Illu scheme. Consequently, the subject land has been withdrawn. 4. The written instructions of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 20.02.2025, are placed on record, and a copy of the withdrawal notification is annexed to the written instructions. 5. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner is resolved, and no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs.
