In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 3 stands dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to permit petitioner to participate in the examination for 7th Semester of B.Tech (Computer Science of Engineering) to be held on 16.01.2025 and 18.01.2025. 3. On request made by this Court, Mr. Atul Kumar Dwivedi Advocate has obtain oral instructions from the S.R. Institute of Management & Technology Bakshi ka Talab, Lucknow and as per which petitioner has not been permitted to participate in the examination owing to the fact that she has attendance sought of 75% which is mandatorily required. 4. Learned counsel has adverted to letter dated 23.09.2024 issued by the college to the parent of petitioner indicating aforesaid fact. The said letter is taken on record which was sent by registered post. 5. In view of aforesaid, no efficacious remedy can be given to petitioner who is granted liberty to approach the college concerned for remedial measures to be taken in order to participate in the aforesaid examination. 6.
