Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) As per report of the Registry, Rs.12,885/- have been deposited with H.P. State Legal Service Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla which is 20% of the cheque amount i.e. Rs.85,900/-. Learned counsel for the complainant on instruction has stated that the respondent/complainant has received whole of the cheque amount and in view of the same, the complainant does not want to proceed with the compliant filed by him. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2. In view of this, the present revision is allowed. Judgment dated 23.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (CBI), Shimla and the judgment dated 11.07.2022 and order dated 12.07.2022 convicting and sentencing the accused are ordered to be set aside. The complaint is dismissed as not pressed. It is stated that an amount of Rs.25,000/- has been deposited before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohru, District Shimla which will be paid to the accused as agreed between the parties. 3.
