By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 16.12.2024, bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0563 of 2024, under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Chanda, District-Sultanpur. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge- sheet against all four petitioners has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 7.1.2025. In view thereof, if petitioners have any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioners can express it by way of an application before the supervisory authority, who shall take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.
