This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, (in short "Act of 2015") against the order dated 08.01.2019, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Pratapgarh in Bail Application No.11 of 2018, and against order dated 30.01.2019, passed by the 1st Additional Session Judge/Special Judge, Human Rights and POCSO Act, District - Pratapgarh in Criminal Appeal No.7 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No.367/2018, under Sections - 363, 366 I.P.C. & Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Lalganj, District - Pratapgarh. 3. This Court vide order dated 29.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 29.08.2025, Principal Magistrate/Judicial Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Pratapgarh (in Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Raj Kumar Pandey, Ashok Kumar Maurya, Ramakar Shukla, Shamim Uddin Khan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. Advocate, Manjeet Singh Neeraj @ Anuj Tiwari Thru. Father Tribhuwan Nath Tiwari .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. And Anr. .....Opposite Party(s) short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 03.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- "महोदय, उपरोकत िवषय के संदभर् में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पािरत आदेश के संबंध में श्रीमानजी द्वारा िक्रिमनल िरवीजन नं० 365 आफ 2019 नीरज उफर् अनुज ितवारी सुत-ित्रभुवन नाथ ितवारी िनवासी-रसूलपुर गुलरहा थाना-अन्तू जनपद- प्रतापगढ़, में आहूत आख्या के अनुक्रम में सादर अवगत कराना है िक ''उपरोक्त मु०सं०139/18अ०सं०367/18 अन्तगर्त धारा-363, 366 भा०दं०सं० व 7/8 पाक्सो एक्ट थाना-लालगंज जनपद-प्रतापगढ़ का प्रकरण पूवर् पीठासीन अिधकारी द्वारा िदनांक 18.02.2021 को िकशोर द्वारा संप्रेक्षण गृह में िबतायी गयी अविध को दृिष्टगत रखते हुये अथर्दण्ड अिधरोिपत करते हुये समाप्त िकया जा चुका है।'' आख्या श्रीमानजी की सेवा में सादर प्रेिषत है।" 5. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Magistrate dated 03.09.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
