Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is treated as representation by the respondents and decision thereon is taken by the respondents in accordance with SBI Employees Pension Regulations, 1995 and CCS (Pension) Rules within specified time. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the representation dated 10.09.2025 filed by the petitioner in light of SBI Employees Pension Regulations, 1995 and CCS (Pension) Rules most expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this order are made available by the petitioner to respondent No. 2 and 3.
