1. By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the appointment order dated 23/12/2024 (Annexure-P/1), whereby Respondent No.6 has been appointed as Aangan Badi Worker.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that as per clause 11 of the Circular dated 02/04/2008 issued by the Govt. of Chhattisgarh, there is a provision of appeal before the Collector under the Chhattisgarh Raj Panchyayat Adhiniyam, 1993, and the petitioner without availing the alternative remedy has approached before this Court to question the appointment order, therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Collector, Bilaspur by filing an appeal to question the order of appointment of respondent No.6. In case of filing of an appeal by the petitioner, the Collector, without going into the issue of delay, shall decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit within a stipulated period, preferably as early as possible.
4. With the aforesaid liberty/direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
