The suit was posted for framing of issues on 15.02.2024 from then onwards, the case has been adjourned for framing of issues till 21.01.2025, without any progress. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2012 onwards, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2012 on or before 31.12.2025.
