(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.298 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) IPC, Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(v)(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.939 of 2023, was dismissed in non-prosecution on 24.04.2023. The second bail application, being BA2 No.122 of 2023, was rejected on 18.03.2024. 2 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
