Taufik Ahmad, arising out of FIR No.133 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 323, 506 IPC and Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1185 of 2023, was rejected on 14.05.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.343 of 2024, was also rejected on 31.12.2025. 2 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
