The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing to Opposite party no. 3 to evict of Opposite party no. 5 to 7 from Gata No. 163/0.0360 hectare, which is recorded as Jalmagan/Pond in the Khatauni, situated at Village-Agapur, Tehsil- Kaiserganj, District- Bahraich and recover compensation for damage miss-appropriation and wrongful occupation from Opposite party no. 5 to 7 considering the representation dated-13.12.2024 which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the offending constructions have already been removed. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
