Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2024, under sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughters Act and Section 11(1) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act P.S.- Kunda District -Pratapgarh. 3. From perusal of the first information report as well as the record, it transpires that two dead cow progenies were found inside the vehicle which is registered in the name of the present applicant and thus, this Court do not find any good ground to intervene in this matter. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied. 5. Considering the complicity of the accused and the gravity of offence, the instant anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed. 6.
