By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 27/28th August, 2024 (Annexure No.1) passed by the Registrar, Govind Ballabh Pant University, Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar (Respondent No.2). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to take admission in the 3rd Semester of 2nd year of the B.Tech (Information Technology) for Academic Year 2024- 2025. iii. Pass any such other relief or relief’s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. iv. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner against the respondents. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 02.11.2023, passed by this Court in WPMS No.1612 of 2023, Dipesh Phulera Vs. G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, and connected matters. Learned counsel for the respondents admits this fact. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 02.11.2023, passed by this Court in WPMS No.1612 of 2023, Dipesh Phulera Vs. G.B.
