Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents. 2. The petitioners, who are all class IV employees having been appointed way back in the year 2007, had filed the petition being aggrieved by the order dated 24.07.2008, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition so far as it pertains to the petitioners, whereby their appointment were treated to be de hors the Rules. 4. Subsequently, a Committee comprising of the District Inspector of Schools, Hardoi, Deputy Director, Secondary Education, Sixth Region, Lucknow and Joint Director, Secondary Education, Sixth Region, Lucknow, have passed an order dated 20.09.2022, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the application for disposal of the writ petition dated 09.07.2025, by which the appointment of the petitioners has been found to be valid from the date of initial appointment and the DIOS, Hardoi, has been directed to proceed accordingly. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DIOS to proceed in accordance with the decision of the Committee dated 20.09.2022, provided there is no legal impediment.
