Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that respondent is not the legally wedded wife of the revisionist. He has been falsely implicated. He does not want to argue the revision on merits rather prays that the trial be expedited as prolonged trial may increase his liability. In view of the innocuous prayer and considering the fact that the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are summary in nature, the petition is disposed of with a direction to learned court below to expeditiously decide the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
