By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/orders/command/direction to set aside the order dated 31-01-2019 passed by the Executing Court in execution suit no.09/2016, and the executing court be directed to execute the decree passed by the trial court, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief/relief, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an application for execution was made by the petitioners/decree holder before the learned Executing Court. He would further submit the vide order dated 31.01.2019, the learned Executing Court had stayed the execution proceedings for period of two month. He would also submit that till date, the Execution Case No. 09/2016 has not been finalized. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Majumdar, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Executing Court to make all endeavours to conclude execution proceedings expeditiously, in light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Rahul S.
