The learned counsel for the State has apprised the Court that 11 of the 18 prosecution witnesses stand examined whereas two prosecution witnesses have been given up. Further, the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender at one stage. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner.
