Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. D. D. Barman, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, for all the respondents. 2. The applicant, who was the petitioner in WP(C)/4784/2024 is praying for correction at Para No. 2 of the Order dated 25.04.2025, wherein, it is reflected as under :- ”The petitioner is the registered owner of vehicles bearing registration No. AS-01-BY-4577 (Gypsy), AS-23-AC-1969 (Mini Bus), AS-25-Q-2028 (Gypsy), AS-25-Q-2031 (Gypsy), AS-01-EC-2271 (Mini Bus), AS-01-HC-3429 (Mini Bus), AS-06-A-4022 (Gypsy), AS-01-F- 9650 (Gypsy), AS-01-BY-4630 (Gypsy), AS-14-L-1733 (Gypsy), AS- 15-C-8450 (Mini Bus), AS-25-Q-2712 (Gypsy) and AS-09-E-9613 (Gypsy), which were hired by the respondents on different dates Page No.# 3/3 between the year 2016-2023 for the purpose of maintaining law and order situation.” 3. Mr. J. I. Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the vehicle numbers have been wrongly typed in the Order dated 25.04.2025 passed in WP(C)/4784/2025 inasmuch as the wrong vehicle numbers has been put in the synopsis of the writ petition. He also submits that the requisition period is not 2016-2023 but it should read as 2019-2023. 4. The explanation to that effect has been given in Paragraph Nos. 2, 3 & 4 of the present application. This Court is satisfied with the explanation given and accordingly, the Paragraph - 2 of the Order dated 25.04.2025 passed in WP(C)/4784/2024 is modified and the same shall read as under: “The petitioner is the registered owner of vehicles bearing registration Nos. AS-25-CC-5596 (M/Thar), AS-01-AC-5153 (Mini Bus), AS-01-DC-8438 (Water Tanker), AS-12-E-5888 (Mini Bus) and AS-01-EX-7696 (Scorpio), which were hired by the respondents on different dates between year 2019-23 for the purpose of maintaining law and Order situation. The petitioner thereafter raised his bill amounting to Rs. 1,23,86,900.00/- before the respondents. However, till date, as the said amount has not been paid to the petitioner, he is before this Court by way of the present writ petition.” 5. I.A. is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
