By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ to quash/set-aside the impugned order dated 04.09.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ /order/ direction against the respondent authorities to provide/pay the salary of remaining entire contractual service from month of September, 2024 to month of March, 2025 and take the remain service of the petitioner immediately. 10.3 That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed detailed representation for seeking redressal of his grievance before the respondent authorities, but till date, his representation has not been decided. It is prayed that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh representation and the said representation may be directed to be decided within stipulated time. 3. Learned State counsel do not opposes the said submission. 4. Considering the said submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation before the authority concerned along with the relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of copy of this order and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the 3 petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the said representation. 5.
