1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"(a) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for releasing the post retiral benefits such as GPF in favour of the petitioner along with interest after proper calculation and revision, as the petitioner is retired from the post of Head Master in Primary School Jagner 1st District Agra within certain stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no.3 to 5 placed before this Court the instructions received from the office of respondent no.3-District Basic Education Officer, Agra along-with decision taken by him dated 11.02.2025, same are taken on record. 3. On the basis of aforesaid it is argued by counsel for the respondents no.3 to 5 that after retirement of the petitioner all the retiral dues has been paid hence no further order is required to be passed. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the facts as narrated in the letter dated 11.02.2025 has already been admitted by the petitioner in the present writ petition itself and while making the post retiral dues wrong calculation has been made. It is further argued that though in this regard representations were made but since no decision has been taken in the matter hence present writ petition has been filed. It is further argued that without going through the grievance as has been raised by the petitioner by way of representations, the respondent no.3 only on the basis of the instructions received from the office of Finance and Accounts Officer (Basic Education), Agra communication dated 11.02.2025 has been supplied to the petitioner. 5.
