The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused No.1, to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.64 of 2024 of Dharmavaram Rural Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District. ' i 2 registered against the petitioner/accused the offences punishable under Sections 109, 2, A case has been No.1 and others for 118(1) read with 3(5) BNS. Case of the prosecution is that on 15.07.2024, at about 9.00 3. P.M., in the field of Krishnaiah, Mucchurami Village, Dharmavaram Mandal, accused Nos. 1 to 5 attempted to kill one Krishnaiah of the same, the informant his uncle. At that time, A1 head with machete and caused bleeding village with machetes. On seeing same M.Balachandra, went there to rescue attacked on informant’s injury. On seeing that, local people went there and rescued the de- accused and then he was taken to facto complainant from Government Area Hospital, Dharmavaram for treatment 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the accused are alleged to have attacked the de-facto complainant causing bleeding injury to him to his head.
