The petitioner, who is the mother of one Atchaya, 17 years old, gone missing on 06.01.2025, gave a complaint before the second respondent suspecting the third respondent has kidnapped her daughter. The said complaint was registered in Crime No.4 of 2025. Pursuant to which, the daughter of the detenu was rescued by the respondent police and now produced before this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents states that the said Atchaya has been handed over to the mother/petitioner and a case has been registered against the third respondent for offence under POCSO Act and the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
