JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER 30.05.2025 1. Heard Mr. H.K. Baruah, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary is called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has already been laid bearing charge sheet No. 36/2025 dated 27.05.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 05.05.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners is hereby made absolute. 4. This bail application is accordingly disposed of.
