By means of this petition, petitioners, Shubham, Shivani and Nidhi Patel, has sought quashing of the F.I.R. dated 01.10.2024, bearing F.I.R. No. 164 of 2024, under Sections 137 (2) and 87 of B.N.S. Act, 2023, registered at police station Dileeppur, district Pratapgarh. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that the name of the petitioners have not been appeared either in the F.I.R. or during investigation of the case and they have also not been harassed by the Investigating Officer. 4.
