Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. An impleadment application has been filed by Someshwar Sirohi to implead him as necessary party in the case. 2. The application is allowed. 3. Heard Sri Vivek Raj Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Akshat Kumar the counsel for the petitioner, and Dr. L. P. Mishra who appears for the applicant Someshwar Sirohi. 4. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court that it be graciously be pleased to direct the Opposite Party i.e. Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow to conclude the proceedings enumerating out of Revision No. 5124 of 2024 filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within 2 weeks in the interest of justice." 5. Both the parties agree that the revisional authority may be directed to decide the revision which is fixed on 28.01.2025. 6. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing the revisional authority to either dispose of the revision no.5124 of 2024 (Kunwar Surendra Singh vs. Someswar Sirohi and others) on 28.01.2025 itself or at least decide the stay application on the said date. 7. Till 28.01.2025, the Suit may go on, but no final orders shall be passed.
