Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained (JBT) Teacher at GPS Prashan, Education Block Kumarsain, District Shimla. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure of service, he preferred a representation on 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2, seeking transfer under 5% inter-district transfer policy notified on 20.11.2021, Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
