Heard Shri Dushyant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner alleges grabbing of his land by the opposite parties no. 6 and 7 who are the neighbours of the petitioner. He also says that there was some civil dispute between the private parties in respect of the land in question and some compromise was entered into and based on which some order was passed by the Civil Court. The petitioner claims that they are bhumafias. We do not know what is the basis for the claim. 3. This is purely civil matter. If there is some cause under the criminal law the petitioner may take recourse to the remedy prescribed. 4. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. . (Manish Kumar,J.)
