By means of present writ petition, petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents concerned to lodge the FIR pursuant to missing of his father Om Prakash Jaiswal to ascertain his whereabouts. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of written instructions dated 20.01.2025 informs the Court that on 19.01.2025 a missing report is registered by the Police in the matter. 4. In the given circumstances of the case, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
