The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil judge(S.D.) Malihabad District Lucknow to decide the suit No. 2214/2023 (Indrasen Rawat versus Ram Krishna Dwivedi and others) which is pending since 2023 before the court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Malhihabad District Lucknow as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite party No.1 & 2 to ensure the compliance of order dated 1-11-23 passed by the Civil judge (S.D.) Malihabad, District Lucknow. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opp. party no 2 to remove the illegal possession of the opposite party no.3 & 4 from the land in dispute with immediate effect so that the compliance of the order dated 01.11.2023 could be done." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2023, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed off as per the administrative guidelines. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
