The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i.a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Appeal/Case No. 1904/2024, Computer Case No. C202405000001904 (Sudama Rai and others Vs. Ashok Kumar and others) under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed before respondent No. 2 on 20.9.2024 filed by the contesting respondents against order dated 21.8.2024 passed Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar in Case No. 7663 of 2023 (Ashok and others Vs. Suresh and others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 regarding Arazi No. 276/1.003 hectare situated at Mauza Moti Chhapra, Tappa-Dandopur, Pargana C.Jo., Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar, within stipulated period of time in that regard." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appeal would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Appeal/Case No. 1904/2024, Computer Case No. C202405000001904 (Sudama Rai and others Vs. Ashok Kumar and others) pending before respondent No.2- Additional Commissioner (Administration IV) Gorakhpur Mandal Gorakhpur, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
