The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus by direct to opposite party no.3 to decide the application dated 06.01.2025 which is contained as Annexure no.3 to this writ petition." 3. On perusal of Annexure no.3, which is sought to be adjudicated, instructions were called, which recorded that earlier also, the proceedings were initiated and a compromise was entered into and it was also stated that the application has already been decided. 4. In view thereof, no direction can be issued. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail the remedy as may be available under law. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
