GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 The Court made the following order: Challenging the proceedings dated 05.03.2020 under Form No.VI(B) of Section 15(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (commonly referred to as the Land Acquisition Act, 2013) read with Rule 21, the present Writ Petition is filed proposing the acquisition of the petitioner’s subject lands for the issuance of house site pattas in favor of the beneficiaries of the Scheme, namely the Navaratnalu-Pedalandiriki Illu Scheme. 2. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him dated 02.11.2024. A perusal of the said instructions would reflect that the District Collector, East Godavari, issued a withdrawal notification under Section 93(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013, dropping the proceedings for the acquisition of land in respect of the subject land. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
