Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent no.1 had died in the year 2010 and the respondent no.2 in the year 2016 and the respondents have also made substitution in the connected appeal filed by the respondents, therefore, the appellants has knowledge of their death. The order sheet also indicate that the time for substitution was sought on 27.02.2017 on account of death of respondent. In view of above, this appeal has abated. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
