Issue a writ, order, or direction in nature of certiorari or such other appropriate writ, order or direction, for partially quashing the punishment order No. 118/1-13 dated 26.04.2024 passed by Field Director, Corbett Tiger Reserve, Ramnagar, Nainital against the petitioner to the extent that the pecuniary loss caused to the government amounting to Rs. 15,40,000/- shall be recovered from the salary petitioner; (Annexure A1) and of the B. Issue a writ, order, or direction in nature of certiorari or such other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the recovery order no. 1610/1-13 dated 27.05.2024 issued by DFO, Kalagarh Tiger Reserve Department for the recovery of Rs. 15,40,000/- from the petitioner in salary instalments; (Annexure A2) and C. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus or such other appropriate writ, order or direction to refund the amount already recovered from petitioner in compliance with the recovery order no. 1610/1-13 dated 27.05.2024 issued by DFO, Kalagarh Tiger Reserve Department; (Annexure A2).” 2025:UHC:8648 4. Public Service (Tribunals) Act, 1976, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
