This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 07.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 8 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. 2023 at Police Station Bhelupur, District Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant case investigation is already concluded. During the investigation, no complicity of the petitioners had been found in the alleged case and accordingly final report is prepared against all the three accused. As such, cause for filing of the writ petition no more survives. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the categorical instructions.
